The Makers
Ivan Wanis Ruiz is from Vancouver, Canada. In 2015 he moved to Toronto and started a group called the Actors Place.org This group has been the catalyst behind countless actor success stories. In December of 2019 he was approached by Toronto producer, and Actors Place alumni, Tim McLarty to produce a podcast. After some back and forth the concept of sharing chapters and thoughts from leading audition books was born. An actors nemesis is getting work. Nailing the audition process is key to that success and The Lazy Actor is here to guide veterans and beginners to greater heights with audition tips from the most successful casting agents in the industry.
